Words like nigger are born out of ignorance, hatred and misplaced anger. People say it because, like in the case of Dog the Bounty Hunter, he thought it was okay amongst his own circle. I live and work in a racially mixed community and I hear the word nigger at least 100 times a day, even out the mouths of young children (learning from the adults around them) – not to mention all the rap music lyrics. I have many good black friends (call me a racist for saying that, too) and 95% of them use the word nigger. And I still say – if you can say it then I can say it. Are you saying that just because a white person says the word nigger you can paint their whole being as a racist? If so, then why can’t the same be said for non-whites? Is the Rev.
