Matt Damon seems like a nice guy and is a *damn good* actor to boot. Something to do with the fact he's intelligent. He's a little misguided in his politics is all, which is why he married someone inappropriate for him (what could he and some bartender chick really have in common?). He's trying too hard to be a "regular" guy when he's anything but. He'll get over that complex soon enough though and probably find someone more at his level.

I like Matt Damon, he's a really good actor. He's attractive, but I wouldn't call him sexiest. I thought DiCaprio was VERY sexy in the Departed, though; I remember why I always had a thing for him. A good choice, not a bad choice, but I would've chosen TOM BRADY!!!! GO PATS!!!!
Yes, these lists that the magazines make up are really, really meaningless. They're very of the moment and they're kind of random. He had a good year with the final Bourne movie and they can't choose the same Hollywood guys over & over...so, hey, choose Matt Damon! Please, he's a good actor & seems like an intelligent person-at least by Hollywood standards. He doesn't need to top one of these silly lists.
There are billions of men in this world; and I've met a few who are definitely better looking than him. But, if sexy means being a successful, famous, decent looking guys...well, by this logic he is sexy.
