Compare the Olsen Twins' schnozzes now to when they were on that crappy show. I guess they "grew out of" them. Amazingly, their grown-up noses are IDENTICAL, even though the Olson Twins are not! (They're not. Seriously. It's true.)

People grow into their noses. Trust me. I grew up around Italians. They all had big ass noses and as they grew their noses appeared smaller and their faces got fuller, and none of these people got nose jobs. Italians are proud of their noses.
During puberty some peoples noses appear swollen or larger, they go back to normal afterwards, or the rest of the face just comes together as they age.
Lindsay Lohan? I wouldn't put them in the same beauty contest let alone the same neighborhood. Lohan is ugly compared to her. I don't see the comparison. To each his own.
I don't see a huge difference so if she had a nose job it must have been very small. I've always thought she was very beautiful and her acting is decent so whatever ...
I think she was stunning then and still stunnng now. If she got a nosejob it was a waste of time and money because she didn't need it. By the way, I'm a woman but not an ugly cow. P-)

Yes, your nose grows as you age. It does not decrease. One (sort of) exception is if you get fat so the proportion is different. Notice body builders who are extremely lean look like they have humongous noses. In reality they probably don't but the fat is missing so it looks exaggerated.
I'm still not convinced she's had a nose job. Not by the pictures. You can look different with different hair cuts, weight gain, makeup, camera angle, lighting, etc. I don't see any extreme difference.
I think it's just her face maturing from girlhood to adulthood. I really don't see a difference in the before and after shots, besides the nose being a tiny bit slimmer. But her face is slightly slimmer, too. It's just a teeny-tiny bit of baby fat lost.
Yes, she's had work done...it's very subtle and she had it done gradually, but she has definately had work done. What's next Scarlett? Are you going to try to tell us you are a natural platinum blonde too?
She's obviously had NO surgery, she looks the same just without makeup and she matured that's all. Same goes with Angie and whoever elese they have listed.
