i'm a hairdresser. many of my clients look terrible with long hair. their hair is too thin or too thick, they have the wrong face shape or a really short neck. but they insist on the long hair because "my boyfriend likes it". so guys would rather be with women who look average and plain with unflattering long hair than be with women who look stunning with short hair because it suits their features better?
