We're talking about a highly publicized dipshit with a bottomless bank account and an insane amount of rope to hang herself with.
If you were FedEx's lawyers wouldn't you allow a case like this to draw out? Especially if you were going to ask for costs? Why not let her publicly fuck up over and over again?

She just does whatever the fuck she feels like doing, whenever she wants to do it, and because she's SLUTney (or any other celebrity for that matter), nobody does anything, which enables her further.
Note to Judge Whatever: Since the braindead moron has blown off 5 depositions in a row (todays was effectively blown off, as she showed up with 13 minutes left), order the next deposition held in court. That way, when she shows up hours late or not at all, you can issue a bench warrent & have her slutty stupid ass arrested & thrown in jail. BEAT THIS STUPID BITCH WITH A LEGAL STICK & GIVE HER A LEGAL BLOODY NOSE: serve her with papers requiring her to stand in front of you & explain to the court why she continues to say "fuck you" to the legal process & the court. Frighten her with that & she'll show up, as she's so brain dead that it's the only thing she understands.
She obviously doesn't care for them, this was her plan all along. She wanted kids, realize how difficult and timeconsuming they were so she made herself get worst and make Kevin try to look like he was better so he'd take the kids off her hands. The real sucker? Kevin. :)
