So let me get this straight - An actress wearing a shorter dress, but also with panties and pantyhose on, gets out of a car, and it is a scandal on *her* that a slimeball gets low and shoots a crotch shot?
The only thing she could have done was either wear a longer dress, or have someone (wearing pants, I suppose) get out of the car blocking the scum.
