Okay, so I found out more about the RDJ film. He's satirizing white actors. Entertainment Weekly reports:

I just don't think it's appropriate, and personally don't find white people in black face funny at all. A smarter move would have been to go the Dave Chapelle/White Chicks route and had him be a black guy cast as a white guy in a film, trying to get into character being in white face. White face is funny because it's so fake and goofy looking you have to laugh.

I also think that the fact that Robert Downey Jr. isn't a comedian also hurt the idea. When I see him I don't think he's trying to be funny because he's not a funny man. Look at his work. Less Than Zero was not funny, neither was Zodiac or Good Night and Good Luck. It would have been marginally better if it were a white comedian doing it, because at least then you get the cue that it's supposed to be funny.

I still think my white face idea is better though. You know you died laughing when you first saw Chapelle as the white news anchor.

White Chicks doesn't make it better however. Anything that movie got you was lost by the fact that black people ALWAYS die first in movies. Now that's some racism in Hollywood. Even the only "black" transformer died! WTF!

I know Downey has done more than three movies. I noticed this was a comment board not IMDB. My point is that he's not an actor who is primarily known for his comedic work. He's not a Ben Stiller, hence the getting a comedian, meaning a person who does comedy, not an ACTOR WHO CAN BE FUNNY! If funny wasn't in his range, he wouldn't be a very good actor, would he? I never said he was untalented, just that I feel blackface is a bad idea. That's the only point I was trying to make.
