If she's had any work done, I agree that her doc did an amazing job. No trout lips, and her face actually seems to register emotion.

I don't know if she's had work done but who cares if you can't tell and she looks wonderful? The young starlets often have work done too, but it somehow makes them look worse. Also, I don't know of any surgery that can make your boobs look like that. You can make them bigger, or higher, but you can't make them soft and youthful-looking like that with implants. She has good genes. It's a well known fact that certain ethnicities age better than others. And as for Lohan, in her defense, redheads don't age well at all.

Of course, the eating disorder, drug abuse, booze, hard parying, and sun-exposure don't help, but still. If she got clean, took care of herself, and slept every once in a while, she'd look good, too.

Also, Kelly Clarkson is a shapeless bag of goo. Tilly actually has an hourglass figure, and an actual waist. I loved Clarkson back in the day, but there's simply no comparison here. Take away Tilly's boobs, and her body would still have the classic 7/10's ratio.

Other than that, I don't necessarily like Tilly in everything she does. But I'll grant that she's often the most entertaining thing in fill-in-the-blank. I thought she stole the show from Kirsten Dunst in "the cat's meow" even though all the critics went apeshit over her.
