Chris eventually got obsessed with him. Turned out the monk was actually a woman and Chris was such an animal he could just TELL. Then they had crazed monk sex? I don't know if that last part is true but if it isn't it should be and I should be the girl monk.
About the J.K. Rowling's slip. Very funny pictures. It looks like she wanted to do that and the guy behind her "protected" her "honour" and she got pissed with that. Very funny. I have done that mistake too, note to guys, let her be.
What's the deal with this guy? He's obviously balding and doing the forward-comb while he arranges for hair plugs (Tom Cruise must have called), and all through his stint on Sex and the City he was bloated and flabby. Yeah, he has a nice voice, and has that Sensitive Guy thing down, but he's not much of an actor, and... and... I just don't get the attraction. Splain, Lucy.
I was on a five hour flight with John Corbett on the way to Maui in January (he was two seats away from us) and he is kind of a nervous slob. He was constantly getting up and talking to all his buddies, and when the flight was over he left used kleenex, trash, old newspapers and two or three blankets strewn all over the seats for the attendants to pick up. Other than that he seemed OK. BTW, we were in coach. ha!
That seems typical of celebrities from the handful I've observed, 13:48. It's as if they never grew up, or maybe they've just gotten used to some minion running around picking up after them. I'm surprised we haven't seen "JOHN CORBETT'S SNOT RAG!" listed on eBay...
I was one seat behind Meg Ryan (also in coach) on a flight to St. Marten a long time ago. She was somewhat famous, but I wasn't entirely sure it was her until I saw her on TV doing the same thing she had done for the ENTIRE five hour flight: twisting her hair over and over and over, hand and hair above her seat, blocking my view of the movie screen. It was like she was flirting with her overhead compartment. I politely asked her to stop, or shift over, and she acted shocked and annoyed. Then she started twirling again. I am embarrassed to admit that I began mildly, subtly kicking the seat so that she'd get the hint. The flight attendant was FAWNING all over her and completely ignoring the rest of us. "Here, these are all the blankets on the entire plane. Martini?" It made me sick. Anyway, finally I gave it one last *kick* in the chair and she sort of jumped a little, said "Oh!", turned and looked at me with a "hmph!", and then the twirling stopped. Bitch.
