Is she wearing some sort of slightly-darker-than-skin tights? Or did the PhotoShop artists they farmed out her various body parts to not get the memo on the correct flesh hue? They must be really embarassed right about now, what with her looking more like Harley Quinn than The Joker they were paid to draw.
