She didn't "dump" it in a bin in a public venue. She laid it in a coat bin at a PRIVATE party because they didn't have a coat check. That's not like crumpling it up in a ball, and throwing it in a dumpster or something. It was a closed, private party at a club where the guests only situation should have provided at least some measure of security.

Regardless of that, if she'd taken a poo on it, and walked across it with spike heels that still doesn't make it okay for Firecrotch to be a thief. Hohan is a dirty skank and now a common thief.
