I kind of feel sorry for the kids. I agree with the poster above who said the kids need time to bond, etc. Jolie has said in the past she has trouble with true intimacy and that she is screwed up. I think the kids are interesting to her when they are helpless but Maddox is probably old enough to be somewhat autonomous and I think she gets disinterested in them at that point and starts adopting more to fill a void.
I think Jolie has some kind of intensely obsessive interest things people, overdoses on them, gets bored, disengages and moves on to the next one. Brad is there to take care of the kids she gets tired of, I'd bet.

When I saw 'Gone in 60 seconds' as a teenage girl, AJ gave me a funny feeling in my vagina. With the exception of Salma Hayek and Eva Green, I can't really say any other woman really does that for me.
With that said though...I really hate the way Angelina is now.
