  1. Yet another celebrity endorsement that is a complete CROCK OF SHIT! Everyone knows this is not her real hair! What is there to advertise? Fucking insane, I'm boycotting L'Oreal.

  2. Weave on. I have to weave on, not read on, this story again.

By Weave on, on August 5, 2008 14:47:18

  3. They also made her skin lighter, made her nose thinner, and her eyebrows blonder. WTF?????

    By anonymous, on August 5, 2008 14:49:01

  4. so wrong haha. this site cracks me up

    By anonymous, on August 5, 2008 15:28:01

  5. You need to take a look at some au natural pics of Beyonce...while they did tint her eyebrows to match her hair, they did NOT make her nose thinner or skin lighter.

    By justin, on August 5, 2008 15:30:42

  6. Not a thinner nose, but an angle photographed to make it look thinner.

    By anonymous, on August 5, 2008 15:37:51

  7. It's hard to make fun of Beyonce. She's so beautiful and seems kind of nice......FOR A HAIR-STEALIN' BITCH!!!!! Also, I'm pretty sure they had to throw in an "Indian" Arie CD on that trade.

    By gregarb, on August 5, 2008 15:38:45

  8. Why are they making her look white? So wrong! Please show me that caramel beautiful skin!
I know flashes can make people lighter, but this is too much, I had to take a double look.

    By sandie, on August 5, 2008 15:38:46

  9. so gross... I'm offended that they expect us to swallow any of it - I don't think we've EVER seen Beyonce's real hair... creepy

    By gigi, on August 5, 2008 16:06:26

  10. Wow...she looks white. If you didn't know who she was you'd assume she was an "exotic" looking white woman. That is sad.

    By Alicia, on August 5, 2008 16:23:32

  11. Yeah, no need to make her look white. This isn't a job interview.

    By anonymous, on August 5, 2008 16:52:42

  12. "White woman no smoke my peace pipe, bang my drum, or sit on my teepee, so I trade her hair for new Lil Wayne CD."

    LMAO, JENNY :D

    By anonymous, on August 5, 2008 17:43:26

  13. Fuck this bitch. These words will haunt this sellout for life: "Dreamgirls", and "Jennifer Hudson".

    By teammlr1, on August 5, 2008 18:27:44

  14. @ Beyonce Knowles is wearing some dead white girl's hair in these new L'Oreal ads
    *dead*
Jebus she look hideous with that poor dead girls hair

    By NubianGoddez, on August 5, 2008 18:28:37

  15. Jeez, after reading about they Photoshopped Faith Hill within an inch of her life for some mag cover, I wonder if any part of that Beyonce picture is real...no wonder women have body issues and eating disorders. Fuck mainstream media!

    By anonymous, on August 5, 2008 19:04:33

  16. Is there a weave in the box or is it sold separately?

    By anonymous, on August 5, 2008 20:24:46

  17. Hey I love this site. But I think your comments re: natives were way out of line. You wouldn't say that about other groups, don't say it about natives.

    By AwsumThunder, on August 5, 2008 20:36:34

  18. ^^^they say shit about EVERYONE dumbass

    By anonymous, on August 5, 2008 21:03:02

  19. If she is wearing some dead white girl´s hair, what is then L'Oreal model Ben Affleck wearing?

By Eric Cartman, on August 5, 2008 22:03:21

  20. Hey AwsumThunder...why dont you leave your tee-pee so I can put my wig-wum into your mum-mum...

By White Man, on August 5, 2008 22:52:33

  21. Hey White man....your "wig-wum" must be a wee-wee,jackass

    By anonymous, on August 6, 2008 07:28:56

  22. Who cares if it's not her real hair?
God you guys make such a big deal out of nothing.

    By anonymous, on August 6, 2008 07:30:35

  23. it kind of does matter if it's not her real hair.

the company is selling HAIR COLOR, as in, if you use our hair dye, you can have hair like B.

yeah, if you buy a wig first...

    By anonymous, on August 6, 2008 08:29:32

  24. anon 07:30:35

since it is an ad for hair dye, it matters that she is wearing a fucking wig.

    By anonymous, on August 6, 2008 08:30:09

  25. I get it now, sorry yeah that does make sense. I'm just so used to commercials lying all the time that this type of shit seems normal to me.

    By anon 07:30:35, on August 6, 2008 09:13:34

  26. no, it doesn't matter at all. All models/hairs from this boxes are photoshoped anyway. They want to show the COLOR, and that is it.
And if the wig is made of natural hair then there is no problem.

    By anonymous, on August 6, 2008 09:15:03

  27. Beyonce is not a caucasian. Black girls who wear caucasian people's hair look ridiculous. Wouldn't you laugh if a white girl walked around wearing a black afro wig like Jan in the Brady Bunch movie?

    By anonymous, on August 6, 2008 09:17:27

  28. All of you are WRONG - this is from L'oreal's
new line of wigs and hairpieces called "B*Weave"!

Hey Beyonce - your clothes line SUCKS ASS too!
Even worse than BabyPhat, which is hard to do, but you did it. You go girl!

    By astra, on August 6, 2008 10:16:10

  29. B is a MESS! Fake hair and all. I love when they say she's such a "natural beauty"...yeah right as much as Ru Paul is a "natural beauty". Gurl gots a weave and enough make up to cover Tammy Faye Baker 17 times over! Snap! Now Haley Berry.......she's hot! They shove B down our throughts cause her old man has got mad money.

    By anonymous, on August 6, 2008 12:30:31

  30. @ astra lol

    By lol, on August 6, 2008 12:32:37

  31. She is such a no talent whore. Fake hair, fake eyelashes, fake voice, very bad actress.

    By anonymous, on August 6, 2008 13:04:09

  32. Absolutely ridiculous. This is just further proof how white-run companies with white decision-making staff make clueless decisions with regard to non-whites. They use a black celebrity in an obvious attempt to market to blacks, when blacks already know this is a weave or wig, and thus their whole marketing point is pointless. You can't use wigs and weaves to show how well your hair product works - because it's not the model's hair! I know there are tons of white people who are clueless about black hair - especially when it comes to telling the difference between real hair and extensions/pieces/wigs/weaves, but does L'Oreal actually think black people are that stupid? Or are THEY just so clueless they believe that is Beyonce's hair? The ad's actually offensive because it basically says "See black people, we'll try to placate you and show you we CARE about you by using a black model, even if using that model makes no point whatsoever about our product - because we think you are that STUPID." Ughh.

Beyoncé should be ashamed of herself for participating in this foolishness - I mean, she doesn't need a check that bad, right?

    By pinky, on August 6, 2008 14:23:16

  33. Look at any and all ads of black women for cosmetic comanies etc especially Revlon and L'Oreal and you'll see how over time they "whiten" the african american women. I've seen older pictures of Halle where she is pale with light hair. Beyonce is not a blonde and selling this shade of haircolor looks ridiculous. Why not just use a blonde?

Even white hair models use extensions so I'm not worried about that there but what black woman is going to go to her hair dresser with a box of colour and a handful of weave and say "Make me look like this?"

WTF is this ad targeted to?

    By GinaRae, on August 6, 2008 14:42:14

  34. ^^^
    Black street walkers in LA.

    By anonymous, on August 6, 2008 16:27:34

  35. this story is all over the news! shame shame shame on Loreal! trying to a black woman look white...so wrong!

    By anonymous, on August 6, 2008 18:31:39

  36. Wow, so surprised to see all of the reactions on here, but then again... YES, Beyonce wears lace front wigs constantly, but so would I if I were a performer and there would be constant wear and tear on my hair. And, she is in an advertisement for hair color, and lace fronts are able to be dyed whatsoever color one may choose. As far as her skin color, Beyonce is really that light. Per her Creole background, she has an extremely high yellow complexion. In person, without her lace front and skin bronzer, she is the complexion depicted on that box and her hair when straightened is down her back, but as it is usually in its natural state, it is wavy, and it has a natural light brown color.
Anywho, there's my 5 cents worth.

    By Noni, on August 6, 2008 19:03:51

  37. what is this fuckery??? Beyonce is now whiter than pam anderson and almost as blonde??!? L'oreal needs a reality check

    By ljones, on August 6, 2008 19:28:29

  38. That's a slap in the white womans' face.... how dare she..!

    By anonymous, on August 7, 2008 09:57:37

  39. Noni - You're full of shit. I saw 'before and after' picture of B on Good Morning today. She is as black and facially featured as any African I've ever seen, wide nose and all, and her hair is negro - period. That said, it’s a shame at her success level that instead of proud and black, she is a sell out to whitie and a disgrace to her heritage. This is a sad day to the memory of the Black Panthers, MLK and all peoples who have tried to advance the equality of black people around the world. Beyonce, please die and rot in hell, and take your money and shoes with you.

  40. They DID whitewash Beyonce:

    http://i35.tinypic.com/zlrexf.jpg

The also took the pic at an angle where her nose was more slim looking.

    By anonymous, on August 7, 2008 17:54:48

  43. Come on, does anyone remember this woman is actually Black???? Now she's half blonde hair and and eyebrows and all??? Remember the first Destiny's Child album when she used to be as black as Kelly Rowland, with her hair as dark and as frizzy as Whoopi Goldberg???

By Black Girl, on August 18, 2008 08:17:48

  44. this is a man

    By anonymous, on August 25, 2008 21:42:32
