It's a fake, but what I think is funnier is who the person chose to use for her body.
Amanda Lepore, the tranny. Look at the caption, and you'll see Amanda listed, but not in the photo. I remember seeing this pic a long time ago and wondering why if they were going to have a woman naked, why they didn't use Pamela.
That was, of course, before I knew who/what Amanda was...lol.
