My negativity doesn't come from the fact that they're lesbians, it comes from the fact that Portia de Rossi is slamming hot and and Ellen looks like . . . well me with blonde hair and a vagina.
The Ninth Circuit is a federal court of appeal. It had nothing to do with the same-sex marriage ruling interpreting the California constitution that was made by the California Supreme Court.
