I think the 2 parents were out partying or something considering that I read somewhere else that they were both drunk at the time of the hitting, so that might explain the 3:00 in the morning thing.

I've had a soft spot for Hayden ever since she played the neglected daughter of the rock star on Law and Order SVU. She's a cutie. Too bad her family is fucked up. Her brother is awfully cute too. I'd hate to see her go the way of Lindsay.
