I seriously don't get why or how this guy got famous. Lousy actor, not hot, the only "big" movies he was in made money not even because he was in them.

When his BAC comes back under the legal level and the police drop the DUI charges that are currently on hold pending that test.. will you apologize for acting as if he drank all of the alcohol in LA and went on a drunk driving spree of destruction? LOL!
He wasn't at fault for the accident.
The DUI charges are under review because their was no proof at the scene he was drunk.. one cop thought maybe and booked him for suspicion.
I think Shia was the actual victim here and getting a bum rap. BAC's never lie.. so we will see.
