Those arms aren't disgusting, they are what somebody who knows how to lift and has worked hard for any extensive period of time arms are supposed to look like. Stallone doesn't have a "roid" body per se. He takes roids, but only enough to supplement the loss of testosterone that comes with age.
I'd love to have a body like that when I'm 60 years old.
