You're not allowed to have natural births after you've had a c-section. The incision and scar weaken the walls of the uterus and the pressure caused during child birth can cause the muscles and uterus to rupture, which isn't the easiest thing to fix.

I worked in an OB-GYN's office for 8 years. Trust me when I tell you the "smaller girls have tighter vaginas" cliche is a myth. It's usually the other way around - unless the woman does frequent and daily Kegel exercises, and very few women do.

If anything, she should have been having Vaginal Births After C-sections (VBACs) after the first C-section. What the normal person doesn't see is the effect even one C-section has on the uterus. As long as she had lower uterine segment or bikini cut c-section, she should be able to deliver vaginally granted that she doesn't get any other complications like placenta previa. After 3 C-sections, uterus is so thin and flimsy that an emergency hysterectomy would probably be required if she gets postpartum hemorrhage. As well, you can deliver vaginally with herpes as long as you don't have an active lesion.
