  1. Yes, Katie. Run! Look at Nicole Kidman - getting out and marrying a drugged out, rehabbing, Australian "country" singer is *STILL* a better life than Scientology.

  2. 5 or 6 people have died all before the year 1995 there have been no death since 1995. Really I think it's sad that in a country that promotes freedom of religion we do nothing but bash other religions and take pleasure in doing so.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 08:55:45

  3. ^ Your facts are incorrect, and Scientology is NOT a religion. It is a cult.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 08:56:35

  4. Good for them. They were peaceful demonstrators and the only people who were out of line were the Scientologists who were harassing them and trying to escalate the situation.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 08:57:51

  5. The Scientologists were handing out flyers with these people's names, addresses, and phone #s on them! Wow, intimation tactics. That seems criminal.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 08:58:52

  6. "there have been no death since 1995"

You don't know that. Many people have family members in the cult that they haven't heard from in several years and have no way of reaching them and knowing if they're alive or dead.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 09:02:28

  7. That psycho Scientologist who was screaming about Prozac was smoking. Nicotine is a drug. I thought Scientologists frowned on that.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 09:07:51

  8. Move this cult to Guyana and set up some more Koolaid for them to drink!! I'm sick of hearing about this "religion" and actors stupid enough to believe this $%@&! They make the Moonies look good!

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 09:12:02

  9. I like Katie Holmes and think she seems like a nice, kind hearted person and not a natural bitch. It must be hard to get such bad press all the time because of who she's married to. Break a leg Katie.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 09:18:47

  10. I think it's safe to say that anonymous 08:55:45 is Kirstie Alley. Wait, no, she'd be too busy eating donuts to type. Travolta? Nah, he's wacking it to gay porn. Hmmm...maybe the voices in Juliette Lewis's head told her to come here? Or Leah Remini looked upo from between J Lo's legs?

    Well, which one are you????

  11. Free Katie and give her a sandwich.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 09:41:11

  12. 789, I basically busted a gut laughing at your comment. That had to be the funniest post I ever read on this site.

  13. I dunno, that might actually be an Anne Hathaway mask, before she waxes and puts on her lipstick.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 10:12:31

  14. September 19, 2008 09:42:48...

Thanks. I aim to please. Like Tom Cruise at a Travolta sleepover party.

  15. My former boyfriend was a musician who toured with a top act group who are known Scibots. He came off two tours addicted to drugs and Scientology and tried to commit suicide. Coincidence? IDTS.

According to the Supreme Court of the U.S., 1972??, Scientology IS a religion and is tax exempt. L. Ron saw to that before he left on the Mothership.

I went to one Celeb Centre meeting in NY and they scared the living shit out of me so badly I went running out the door. Thank God (not their god) I had the strength of character to flee. I did read L. Ron's books.

Katie's photos look like she has only two affects: a masky smiley face and a masky regular face. Aren't actors supposed to change their expressions to express all kinds of emotions?

I don't think that show will last long with her in it once the curiosity/circus factor wears off.

  16. I still love you, Katie.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 10:41:14

  17. How come when Tom was married to Nicole nobody said anything bad about Nicole? In fact, she became a big star simply because she was married to Tom Cruise. Before that she did Dead Calm, an Australian film with a cult following and then Days of Thunder with Tom Cruise. She married him and became A-List and cute Katie went from a solid B-List celebrity to an A-List name who people don't like and think is weird. So unfair. Katie can still be the mother to my child, if she wants.

  18. My son protests with Anonymous. I couldn't be more proud. Seriously.

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 10:51:23

  19. anonymous 10:46:15....because when Tom was with Nicole, he wasn't insane like he went around the time he started up with Katie Holmes. Hell, he was even rather normal when he was with Penelope Cruz. It was around the time of his splitting up with her and hooking up with Holmes in the way that he did, then the couch jumping and the big push on his 'religion' that he went off the deep end. Couple that with the boom of internet celeb gossip and you have the Save Katie Holmes movement.

That, plus, well, Nicole never did more than flirt mildly with Scientology while she was married to Tom, and Katie seems to have jumped in with both feet and closed eyes.

  20. THAT IS NOT KATIE.
    that is Pod-Katie-Posh.
she ish the first lady of the new messiah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    By anonymous, on September 19, 2008 11:26:39

  21. Tom started to go crazy at the request of Scientology when he was caught banging Rob Thomas from Matchbox 20. He had to go into damage control so no one would believe it if the rumor got out.

  23. Hey, anon @8:55:45, check this out:
    http://www.whatstheharm.net/scientology.html
You're woefully misinformed. Read and learn.

  24. Lurve the V for Vendetta mask.

Wouldn't it be awesome if she coughed up the gumption to leave him on November 4th?

    By Vigilante, on September 19, 2008 16:34:18

  25. Run-DMS, thanks for that link to whatstheharm.net. Very informative. I've read a lot on the topics there.

Funny how this website sells a book by Carl Sagan, who was just one of the many brilliant minds L. Ron Hubbard ripped off in Dianetics (without giving credit to any of the authors and presenting all information as original and his own.)

Have to say that the posters here really make this site.

  26. Love the bit on the sign that says "And take Beck with you". I was so disappointed when I found out he had converted.

    By Pigalina, on September 19, 2008 20:56:01

  27. yes, i remember katie holmes - what was she again? oh yeah, a two-bit hack actor on a teen show? she would have been heading for the has-been line like all the rest had it not been for her "arrangement" with tom cruise. ka-ching! katie! ka-ching!

    By anonymous, on September 20, 2008 12:49:27

  28. I like that that one poster said, "Take Beck with you." Beck is like, what the fuck, how'd I get dragged into this?

By Bobby Boogie, on September 21, 2008 06:16:31

  29. I do feel sorry for Katie and I can't imagine what she has to put up with being married to Tom and Scientology at the same time.

Yet on the same hand, she is an adult and she made her choice when she say YES to Tom so now she has to live with her decision; I doubt he will ever give her a divorce.

Who I really feel sorry for is their 2 year old daughter who has no say in this matter and is going to grow up as brain washed as Tom is and I also think her childhood is going to be hard and mostly non-existent because of this Scientology crap.

    By anonymous, on September 22, 2008 07:40:22

  30. 7:40:22...agreed. Poor Suri.

This post is one of the more interesting ones on IDLYITW. Scientology is truly corrupt so this is good stuff as far as I'm concerned.

    By anonymous, on September 22, 2008 07:49:21

  31. Tom sucks so much nowadays not only Paramount has cancelled his Mission Impossible movie series contract; his latest film, Valkyrie by director Bryan Singer, about the Nazi Colonel who planned the failed assassination of Adolf Hitler, has been pushed back and back and back and I wouldn't be surprised if it goes straight to DVD. It's a shame not for Tom, but for Bryan Singer who is a good director.

    By anonymous, on September 22, 2008 18:58:04

  32. Tom Cruise is a Weirdo and I support Katie. She looks miserable and weak, like those women who are beaten by their husbands... and yes, I do think Tom Cruise hits her.

    By Romeo, on September 24, 2008 08:06:53

  33. Plus, many women don't leave their husbands, no matter how much they suffer, because of emotional dependence issues. In their minds, they think it's not possible to live outside the abusive relationship, even more so when there are kids involved.

    Sad.
