Here in IL he would have already been out because here they have a thing called day for day, where you get credit for 2 days for every day you serve, and any sentence over a year makes you eligible for 6 months off for good behavior.
If Graziano's parents would have pulled the plug Nick might have gotten 15 to life for vehicular manslaughter and DUI. Now Graziano is going to be a vegetable and Hogan will get his own reality show. Sad really.
