wait, so... he wasn't REALLY pissed on Jimmy Kimmel's show? First he's mocked for being pissed whcih he obviously wasn't. And now for not being pissed. Oh wait... I just realized that this isn't really too interesting. Why would it be?
I watched the clip again and I got it: Mark Whalberg's acting reminds me of an athlete who is only there as a bit of stunt-casting. Like if he just won the World Series I'd say his acting fine, but the fact that he's a professional actor is really shocking.
Marky Mark, or Fidgey Fidge, whichever you prefer, is now officially an exposed joke. He is riding the fact that he was surprisingly OK in Boogie Nights, and now we have had to watch ten years of wussy voiced, pseudo toughboy, sensitive man schtick. But what is worse is he now carries himself as if he is some respected actor after nabbing the totally meaningless Oscar nom for Scorcese's worst film. Shit, the donkey would have been nominated next to whack job Nicholson. check out macho man with his FOUR bodyguards
So, his movie, Max Payne, was #1 at the box office. Wooden actor or not, he has a nice career going and I'm sure he's had to make some decisions, take some acting classes, and do something right to get where he's at.
And, yeah I thought this skit was actually funny. (not hilarous, but mild chuckle funny)
Oh yeah, like you saw this coming. You and everyone else that made a big deal about this was made to look a fool and now you are trying to squirm you way out of it.
LOL @ you, moron, for not realizing that this is damage control by his agent and business manager using his ill-chosen remarks to gain entry to SNL on "Sarah Palin week" to publicize his Max Payne movie. After the appearance, newscasters commented on the "turn-around", not the "fake fight.

Andy's impression was way off; Marky Mark is much more wooden. I mean Mark is really a shockingly bad actor.

It's kinda weak to tell a guy to "lighten the hell up" and make fun of him for doing just that.
