It's my job, and a lot of other people's jobs, to help make breasts look bigger in those bras and those enhancing bra tops, like the dress Salma is wearing, and that dress does obviously have enhancing padding. Women with smaller breasts can do the same thing with those undergarments. They're fun! ;)
