Theres NO way that this was an accident. "Fisting" isn't some underground term. Plus, a "fist bump" or "hitting the rock" or "knucks" or "terrorist fist jab" or whatever you wanna refer to it as, has NEVER been referred to as "fisting" in the history of the English language.
