Wow, I thought that was just me. 1st thought in my head when I saw her was "Megan Fox." Unfortunately, you have to have a very beautiful and proportionate face to pull off a slick center part like that, and well, despite being very beautiful, Scarlett doesn't quite cut it. She needs a side part.
#11, good eye. Her look (bone straight hair with a crisp part down the center, straight ends, natural eye with a heavy black liner, rosie cheeks and a nude lip) does look borrowed... all she is missing is a deeper shade of brown or black hair and a smaller frame.

I normally prefer darker hair on girls but all I can think here is that's it's just tragic that she didn't do a proper nude scene while she still had the blonde hair. She's okay like this but she looked amazingly hot with the blonde wavy hair. The image of her in that red dress at that one awards show will go down in history as an iconic sexy look.
