9. They were talking about this on the Today show this morning. Apparently even if she does refuse to testify and they dismiss the statement, they still have proof of the physical violence with the picture, so there is still a case. They were interviewing the TMZ guy, who said he's heard the police went back the next day and took pictures, when the swelling and bruising had fully taken effect, and that it was much, much worse than the picture we have seen.

    As far as them getting back together, I look at it differently. My ex shoved me and tried to throw me down a flight of stairs. I knew we were done right then and there, but was afraid to break up with him entirely and risk worse physical harm. So, I left physically and kept the relationship going until I knew I could be in a safe place far away from him. I also mistakenly thought I could bring out his good side if I kept talking to him. Maybe she's thinking the same thing.
