  1. I wouldn't start celebrating just yet, she'll likely testify that she started the whole thing and assaulted him first.

  2. This announcement is nothing more than public relations spin. They needed to release this to attempt to save her career. There is a backlash forming because she has protected him from prosecution, by marrying him. Her inside advisors should be fired. His career is finished (except with the women beaters). This is a late attempt to save hers. Even P Shitty has tried to distance himself from this by saying he had no idea Chris was going to re-unite with Rhinana at his house. P Shitty is taking heat from this to.

  3. What the fuck is Oprah's fat ass doing getting involved? Can't people just think for themselves without having this self-important blob provide "guidance" or whatever?

  5. Oprah's point would mean so much to me if she wasn't sitting next to Tyler fucking Perry...

"Enough of the scurry topics, y'all. We gots products to moooooove!"

  6. This just proves that women are the stupidest people on this planet. How can you press charges and then reconcille? She'll never learn untill she is 6 ft. under.

Oprah is the biggest scam artest in the book. Dr. Phil comes in close second.

  10. I normally can't stand Oprah but her and Gayle are the only black people that are condemning the abuse.

  12. I couldn't finish the O clip. Fuck O! She's a big fat fraud. I saw Lisa L. perform live, and I met her afterward. She's a really nice person, and the funniest person on the planet right now. I love her racist humor. It's too bad she wasn't in Gran Torino.

  13. Oprah is fucking unbelievable. Truly nauseating. It's funny that she never gave a flying fuck about domestic abuse until it was Rihanna & Chris Brown. If this was a white singer, she wouldn't give a shit. I wish she would just stay out of things like this no matter what. I can't stand her, and I dont' care for her holier-than-thou opinions. Her whole Hurricane Katrina thing made me loathe her.

  15. Obufarillo needs to tend to her own DYSFUNCTIONAL affairs.

  16. She'll never get to testify. He will plead guilty to charges that will insure it never gets to trial. There are worse pics out there that would crucify him in a trial, and he's not that stupid.

  17. #1 -- there are no "Perry Mason" moments in court. If she is going to testify, she will be depositioned before she goes to court. Now, it's possible that she may turn on the stand after such deposition, but it's rare, and she'd be in deep doo-doo with the judge for wasting the prosecutor's (and judge's) time.

  18. Lampinelli is one of the worst comedians ever, grilling THE worst comedian ever. But that was a good one, I'll give credit when it's due.

Just as there are no Matlock moments either, I wasn't trying to suggest that. I'll grant you about the deposition since I'm not familiar with California's Criminal Law process (although in my jurisdiction depositions on criminal trials are only allowed under VERY limited circumstances, so prosecutors have to work with sworn statements 99% of the time). Having said that, there's nothing preventing her (and her P. Diddy/Brown/Label lawyers) from just saying she assaulted him or that it was mutual combat, come deposition time.

  20. chris brown is a douch and prolly will never change, rhianna is a idiot and if she actually married the guy and protects him than i hate to say it, but she deserves to get smacked. haha, absolutely love lisa lampenelli btw!!

  21. "If she is required to testify, she will do so."

All that says is that if she's court ordered to appear and take the stand she won't run away to Barbados. It doesn't mean she won't take the 5th when she's on the stand. She doesn't have to answer the prosecution's questions if she doesn't want to.

  22. #18 I agree.

  23. Fuck Chris Brown!!!

  24. Rhianna has every advantage to get away from him..money, fame, connections and the law. If she chooses to stay it's her own fault. It's not like she's Jane Doe who has 3 small kids and a part time job for $2.50 and hr. w/ no medical benefits in a system that doesn't care. People care because Rhianna is young, beautiful, wealthy and connected. What's so sad is that in 2009 we still raise our daughter's to think that her worth is measured by a man. When will women learn we have the power to raise our children to not buy into this agemisogynistic bs! We're half the population in this world we can make permanent changes to the law and society!
