Uh, what probably happened is kiefer got confused & thought he actually was his character on 24, Jack Bauer. So, thinking he was a "secret agent man", he acted out. Too bad he'll end up getting sued over his confusion...
We believe this is "torture" and my boss has directed Attorney General Eric Holder to prosecute this illegal action to the fullest extent of the law. An we will also prosecute this miscreant on a "bad acting" charge, as he continues to use the same tired facial and tonal inflections as he did in the past seasons on " 24".
