11. Homicide doesn't mean murder. I don't think anyone is suggesting that Jackson's doctor murdered him, but that through *extreme* negligence, caused his death. The mere fact that he was giving Jackson CPR while Jackson was laying on his bed is a HUGE indicator that this 'doctor' doesn't know his ass from his elbow. If my 15 year-old knows that a person needs to be on a flat surface when CPR is administered, why didn't this "doctor" know that? If someone can prove that Diprivan caused MJ to go into cardiac arrest and add to that, that Murphy improperly administered CPR, then this is definitely a case of homicide.
    
    Joe Jackson is a pig. No doubt about it. Michael Jackson was a -- well, FREAK is the only word that really covers everything that was wrong with the guy. However, that doesn't mean that this prick doctor shouldn't be prosecuted if he -- through massive, massive negligence -- caused Jackson's death. We'd demand that if he caused the death of a non-celebrity. Just because MJ was a freak doesn't mean we shouldn't be disgusted by what Murphy did.

20. Why are the LAPD bothering? With the amount of prescription narcotics he was taking, it was a matter of time before he died. There's only so much that the human body can take. Sure, Jackson's private doctor helped him abuse prescription drugs, but if the doctor said he wouldn't do it anymore, Jackson would have started administering himself and died a lot sooner. If it weren't for the doctor, he might have overdosed years ago. Actually, I bet that's going to be his defense if this goes to trial.
