It's a good implant job, (I'd wager tear drop shape, saline, under the arm), but the tear drop is bottom heavy, and it caused nipple stretch-age as the very natural droop kicked in. Then again, round implants look ridiculous high and fake, all round on the top, no beautiful slope. You can't win with those things ladies! Knock that crap off! Put on 10lbs and they'll appear. Unless you're Kelly Clarkson or JLO, that is. In which case just go for trim and athletic and appreciate the guys who only care for major ass and ignore boobs. Most of my friends are ass-men.
I don't think I could have an emotional connection with this girl. Something empty and distant behind the eyes. Not my type. I need a smile and eyes that melt my heart when I look at a girl.

Can't see what you lot are on about, a quick google search for Lucy will tell you her boobs are real. That is what she is well known for, and why she is so popular in the UK. Her nipples have always looked like that, check back over her work, (I know a difficult job, force yourself, go on). Look at the numerous videos, her boobs are totally natural, (there are 2 vids of this particular shoot if you want to check those out).
Big boobs doesn't always mean fake boobs, most of the top UK glamour models are all 'real girls' we like them natural.
