wow people like to talk about Madonna's veins (which are gross), but look at this woman's hand and feet. I hope now that she's 40 she's grown enough not to make herself look like a fool with men. She should be over playing games and saying nothing of substance. She should realize her own worth and if she doesn't like certain things about herself or her life, change them, not make the same tired gestures year in and year out. Do some movies with some backbone in them.
