that is complete and inexcusable harassment by the paps! it doesn't matter who someone is or what they have done, NO ONE deserves to be stuck in a parking spot while ppl swarm your vehicle and scream things at you while recording you, while taking your picture. "Are you looking for Samantha" "Are you a bad influence on young ppl/your sister" "Is it illegal to have an open container" etc were all inappropriate and meant to get her to react for them. paps are known for their aggressive attempts to elicit a negative reaction out of stars, and it is just disgusting to listen to this asshole berate and humiliate her! who HERE wouldn't throw something, or cuss someone out, if this happened to them in a mall parking lot?? then what if that footage of you angry and swearing gets plastered all over the news or some other media outlet? how would you feel? taking a celeb's picture from a distance while on public property...DOCUMENTING their seemingly NATURAL behavior is one thing...but this...this is wrong and SHOULD be ILLEGAL!
jesus christ, number 2, take it easy. i happen to think that "is it illegal to have an open container" is a very legitimate question to ask a drunk bitch who's had two DUIs.
Let's not act like Lindsay doesn't BEG for attention half the time. She tries desperately to get attention then decides she doesn't want it anymore. She created this. I don't feel bad for HER. If any other stars who work hard are well behaved and nice people get this kind of problem then i'll feel bad.
