Okay, so at first I thought the people saying she was ugly and too skinny were just losers. Then I sat and looked at the pictures (I am a girl so I dont click through every pic of the "hot" girls.) And after I looked I do have to agree she does look way too skinny and her face does look a little werid. I LOVE the way she looks in VS pics but I guess not the way she looks in real life.
