    Yeah I would say that she needs help but sadly I think she's beyond help. Geeez kids, take a lesson here, drugs are bad MmmKay! Actually, I'm still grossed out by that cigarette ad she did.
    
    Anyway, it's nice that programs are out there saving kids from child trafficking and it's nice that she wants to be involved in that and support it. Sucks that she tries to hog the spotlight for it though. Using your status to bring attention to a cause is admirable. Using a cause to bring attention to yourself is not. If she continues to be involved for more than a weekend vacation trip and personally does some selfless act for the cause, then take a bow.
