   •$50 million alimony-paid in monthly installments (and I'm being generous)...
   
   •Child support--10% of his yearly income PER YEAR, not per month (if I can raise my kids on $35K a year, certainly she can manage on a few hundred G's)
   
   •Joint custody-if he wants to see the kids, he should be able to do so as long as he gives 24-hours notice that he's about to come get them, same with her when he has them; none of this "Well, it's not your turn to have them" bullshit
   
   •No tell-alls from EITHER side (that means no sob-fests on Oprah or an executive producer spot on some crappy Lifetime movie about the ordeal)
   
   •Half the house, cars, and other property IF it was purchased during the marriage-if not, it belongs to the person whose name is on the papers
   
   •She gives back the island she bought with his money, as well as any other properties she purchased with his money that he didn't explicitly approve (if he didn't give her the green light for that Mercedes C-Class or that Escalade, give it back)
   
   •And something I think needs to be done with ALL cases where child support has to be paid, she should have to submit receipts every month to an authority of the court proving that she is indeed spending the child support on the kids and not on her Macy's wish list. That means no shopping sprees in Rome or any vacations to Jamaica while the kids are at your mom's for the week.
