When I was in my late teens and early twenties I engaged in self-destructive behavior including drinking and cheating. In my mid-twenties I started to realise that my actions would keep me miserable and drive people I loved away. I have worked on my issues (sorry if it sounds a bit 'Dr Phil') ever since and at 41 am much happier and in control than I've ever been. It's not too late for Jesse, and i have a little sympathy for him, but he needs to stop whining an take action. A short stint in rehab doesn't cut it.
