I'm not saying it's another head transplant, but it might as well be. Compare with the red-carpet photos from the previous JLH entry (where everything matches up & she DOES look smokin').
All celebrities are Photoshopped, even the girls you drool over on this site everyday. You're mentally handicapped if you think those girls really look like that all the time, too.
At least Jennifer Love Hewitt LOOKS natural, and doesn't have ten million plastic surgeries under her belt to look like some barbie doll.
