The flashing means it can't get a 'signal' out to the reporting station much like cell phone dead spots. Inside some buildings this happens, but no matter, as soon as the unit gets a signal it makes the report it has saved. A SCRAM has NO indication of it detecting alcohol. Hell, Lindsay could sweat and still set off an alarm her system is SO polluted with chemicals.
Those SCRAM's aren't all their cracked up to be, many 'false positives' come into play since the machine only computes alcohol and not where it came from whether it's cleaning solutions, food, bleach, baby wipes, lotion etc. there's a lot of things that will set them off. They have been beat in court due to there shortcomings in determining BAC levels. But as with many things they are pushed into society as the end all of drinking cures and made to sound like they're infallible to the regular public.
Look at that stupid little whore; she's SO happy to have her picture taken. She's not just an attention whore; she's an attention addicted junkie. It doesn't matter if she gets clean or not; her main addiction is to have her picture taken 24/7/365. It's a mental illness...
