5. I think the mother killed them both for the money. How else do you explain these two being dead of the same thing while the mother is just fine with all the inheritance even though she lived in the same house????

I do believe mold could be a contributing factor (not the only one though) because having lived in a mold infested apartment for 3 months, me who has never had a pneumonia ever in my life suddenly got it, as well as my boyfriend. While that's not deadly in itself, it's definitely dangerous enough to be taken seriously.

11. The pneumonia is probably from continued opiate abuse, which lowers the respiratory function. The anemia is the weird part.
