21. When I did a ten day stent in jail the meals were filling. The food wasn't great but there was plenty of it. If they had only given a sandwich and a glass of milk there would have been lawsuits out the ass and probably a riot.. They are not allowed to starve you. So I'm thinking this might be a bit bogus.

I read that US weekly is reporting that she's been getting special treatment, like a hospital bed in her cell to sleep in, a TV in her cell, a dresser with 3 sets of clothes when others only get 1 set, and thats she's paying extra to get special food, private phones access and female guards only. I really hope that none of this ends up being true that would just be fucking ridiculous, I mean they might as well have sentenced her to do time in a hotel.

She's woke up at 5a eat for 20 then what nothing for 3 hours better than I got at home waking up at 4a got to work for some asshole who pays little for a lot of work no raises, no COL raises (economy reasons) since 2007, go home try to find clothes & food for the $80/day (before taxes) I'm given for 8 hours of hard work that ruins the clothes I have to buy.

27. @22 - #21 is right - they do give more than a sandwich and milk. I did a night in the drunk tank for my one and only DUI, and the breakfast that we got was insanely huge. I didn't eat a bite of it, but there wasn't a lack of food, and it equated to much more than toast or cereal alone. I've got a feeling this is bogus, also.
    
    It is crazy though, I got more severely punished in my California town for my one DUI with no priors than Lindsay or Nicole Richie got for their multiples. It's not California as a whole, it's Los Angeles that's a problem. In my town I actually had to do manual labor for my community service - everyone has to - but in LA you can pass out toys to kids and you're considered all good. Ridiculous. I actually learned something from my DUI at least in part due to the harsh initial fines/penalties/etc, these girls obviously didn't have that kind of experience with their first.

29. Yeeeeaaah...when I had just turned 18 I got busted shoplifting. Since it was over a certain dollar amount, it's a felony. I didn't get jail time but did get 100 hours of community service...which you PAY for the privilege of doing. It's a job where YOu pay THEM.
    
    But the fun part is, they basically made me a custodian at my old middle school. See what the judge did there? Pretty diabilocally clever....the humiliation was far, far worse than any pissant jail time sitting on my ass would have been.
    
    They just need to sentence these flaky bitches to doing 100 hours of community service, someplace very public, where people will take pictures of them cleaning toilets for a few months. They need to know that when they pull this shit, all the other vapid Hollywood jackoffs will see them wiping up hobo piss. At least your Megan Foxes of the world have had shitty min. wage jobs and know what "work" and "hardship" mean...these born-into-fame douches have NO IDEA.
