Hmm. This story sounds familiar - who was saying it years ago? BTW, I wouldn't call a 14 year old a hooker. More like a statutory rape victim who had probably been sexually assaulted before, since it's unlikely a healthy 14 year old would turn to sex for money. I can't believe this would be a surprise to anyone. She was raped by a relative and said after that she was very promiscuous for a time. It's not so hard to believe that she was getting money for it. However, it's in the past and she'd better serve herself by just admitting it and getting over it. As rich as she is, I've always thought the she was not as self-confident as she'd like people to believe. She cares too much what other people think of her.
I always suspected Oprah's version of her life was bullshit, she can't even admit she's a muff diver so why would she be honest about her past? I am always suspicious when someone claims an impoverished childhood yet manages to become a millionaire or billionaire and walks around with tons of self confidence. When you come from poverty those things are extremely rare. Most people who grew up poor, even if they make money, have emotional scars and lack self confidence. P.Diddy and Kanye are perfect examples, they play the ghetto card for publicity but grew up middle class.
