So if he stole her camera then he does not own the tape and has no legal right to negotiate the rights with the porn company. All she has to do is sue him and then have her lawyer contact the company to tell them the tape is hers and it is up to her if she wants it released. That's it. If the tape is released, it means she and Heidi wanted it to be released.
Nobody's falling for this right? After the whole fake wedding publicity, then the fake divorce publicity they had nothing. They needed to be talked about for something, why not a sex tape? This all had to be planned and executed within the last few months. There's absolutely no way the Heidi in this tape will be the pre-surgery Heidi.
