The discrepancy is that 12% is not a little over 1/6th.
12% is not even 1/8th (12.5%).
I could care less about Linds' sentence and what percentage she served. The first poster couldn't properly figure a percentage and than decided to make a poor stab at fractions.
Like I said before, this is still the closest I've come to commenting on Lohan's jailtime.
Today is a civic holiday in Canada. I have free time and a cold beer...... ;)
