    If that sounds shitty, consider my cousin who died from the same aggressive form of leukemia.
    
    My cousin, Josh, was 17 when he died; a mere 18 days after he was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia.
    
    Imagine going into the hospital with excruciating abdominal pains on a Monday afternoon, and dieing in that same hospital 18 days later.
    The leukemia decimating your immune system, you have infection after infection, you can't leave your room or go home, you're not even able to spend meaningful time with your visitors, and soon thereafter, you die.
    
    Compare 18 days to 5 years, and realize that Rich Cronin was far more fortunate than others diagnosed/suffering from the same form of acute/aggressive leukemia.
    If that's any kind of positive to take from his death...??? *shrug*
