The flip side to what you are saying is - being a stand-in mom might actually help Paris Hilton mature a little as a person by giving her a reason to act responsibly. Seems like a long shot though.
More importantly, what the hell is going on in that banner pic? Where are her breasts or at least nipples? Who is wearing a spider man costume? And why is she wearing men's underwear? Inquiring minds want to know.
