In this day and age Every child should be dna tested. I bet the number of "not the father" results would double. Seriously, women are whores. Its why I don't even believe in child support payments. Men should support THEIR children, not another mans, and it should be done in amounts THEY choose, not the court. Then women would be more responsible for getting knocked up instead of letting the judicial system guarantee support regardless of anything.
