To everyone moaning that this suit is only about money: guess what people, most civil suits are about money. Is this crackhead trying to milk Lindsay? Absolutly. Do I care someone is trying to do it? HELL NO!
In most cases suits like this never see trial, and the celebrity's insurance carrier takes care of the actual settelment [though the celebrity usually has to sholder the legal costs]. Lindsay Lohan brought this all down on herself. I'm surprised she hasn't been sued more often given her behavior.
P.S. According to celebritynetworth.com Lindsay is worth about $2.5M
The victim let this lawsuit wait more than a week after the crime.., so it's old news and now Lilo refuses to remember and of course she won't pay a penny for something she didn't do or remember..
