From a safety & security standpoint I can understand where Gwyneth Paltrow is coming from. However, she handeled the situation VERY POORLY. The classy thing to do would have been to thank the driver for giving her maid a lift; and then in private explain to the maid that for sucurity reasons strangers can not be brought to the house. Obviously Ms. Paltrow doesn't yet possess that much class.

This makes no sense. Why would she berate the driver for driving her maid to her house? Surely it's the maid she should be pissed at, especially if the maid actually told the driver it's Cuntrow's house she was going to.
So, it's okay for a bus full of people to know where the maid is going, but not a private citizen. How is that logical? Does she just assume anyone driving a car near her house is psycho, but anyone on a bus near her house is there hoping to get her autograph?
