I'm a chick around Olivia's age and I find Jason attractive. Men don't have to have perfect bodies for women to want them, it's just not how we work. I don't think men realize how far confidence, charisma and a sense of humor can get you. A man can look jacked but if he has those traits he'll have women falling over him.
I agree with #1 (I'm female, also). I'd even go as far as to say I'd rather date an ugly guy who has a personality and sense of humor than a Brad Pitt type.

Who cares about what women find attractive? The key variables here are money and/or fame. Have one or both and women with large foreheads, like Olivia Wilde, will let you have sex with them.
As a woman I can tell you that there are no set rules in what we find attractive. I can tell you however that the one thing we all love is money.
According to Gloria Steinem's best selling book "How to Find the Perfect Husband", men on the other hand look for 3 things in finding the perfect lady.
1-Hot sexy appearance that makes him horny every time he looks at you.
2-Being the most dirty, disgusting porn slut you can imagine who never says no to anything. I emphasize anything.
3-For the rest of the day when you are not engaged in sex you should just shut the fuck up and leave your man alone.

#5, I understood where you were coming from until you said she was out of his league. The truth is, if someone is banging someone else, they're essentially in the same league. Like with anything else in life, people get what they can, otherwise they'd have something better. She's that hot, I personally know girls as attractive. He meanwhile is a funny guy whose Hollywood career is taking off and a millionaire. So already in the top 10% of income earners etc. Her career is based on her looks thus a declining asset.

The mistake you make is a common one: thinking we are all so unique. We're not. As for Steinem, be wary of taking advice from those not positioned to give it, such as money advice from poor brokers, or husband advice from spinsters that don't marry until 66, such as Steinem. Most men would not want their wife to be a disgusting porn slut who would do anything, which she probably did before she met us. Guys don't want a 2 girls 1 cup wife.
