I just read an article that she was VERRRY upset and sad that he wants to fight. She "thought about" an annulment but didn't want to fight. Riiight. I think that the Catholic Church is who grants annulments, unless I'm wrong? And unshockingly, anyone who can BUY an annulment can get one. It used to be much more difficult. An annulment will mean the marriage never happened. So he won't need a separation or whatever. GOD I hope he gets it.

A Catholic Church annulment has nothing to do with a legal annulment. There are Christians that don't believe in divorce and would want a legal annulment for fraud or a legal separation, even if it meant they couldn't get married again. However those people wouldn't have married a divorced person to begin with (Kim was married at 18), so the point is moot, and he's full of it. However he doesn't look particularly bright, and possibly doesn't even know how to google, as I doubt a religious man would want to marry a woman that begs black men to pee on her on tape. I'm thinking he really had no clue what was going on, and Kim did commit fraud, but really, it's hard to feel sorry for such ignorance. I assume he makes a great deal of money playing basketball, but my bet he will lose it all if he doesn't find a financial manager to help him out. He just doesn't look that bright.
